How are documents generated automatically?

Information entered via forms (name, date, amount, conditions...) is automatically injected into your pre-configured document templates. The final contract is ready to be signed, without any manual intervention.

Can I use my own documents templates?

Yes. You can upload your existing documents (contracts, quotes, certificates...)  and adapt them using dynamic variables. Formulr.io also provides a library of ready-to-use templates if needed

Is the electronic signature legally compliant?

Absolutely. The solution includes a compliant e-signature tool that meets European standards (eIDAS). Each signature is timestamped, tracked, and legally binding.

What types of documents can be signed?

All types of documents can be signed: commercial contracts, agreements, mandates, quotes, attestations, etc., as long as they are generated or uploaded into the platform.

How does the document verification work?

Formulr.io uses AI to automatically verify uploaded documents (ID, certificate, Kbis, etc.) by analyzing their validity, format, completeness, or expiration date.

Are forms secure?

Yes. Forms are accessed via secure links, and all collected data is stored in a GDPR-compliant environment with configurable archiving according to your legal obligations.

Can I track the signature progress in real time?
