1. General pricing
The rates apply to the company’s main registered location and are expressed excluding taxes.
Each offer includes a number of basic collaborators:
• Access: 1 user included
• Plus: 5 users included
• Business: 10 users included
• Enterprise: 20 users included

‍2. Additional collaborators
Beyond the thresholds included in each package, additional employees are invoiced per active seat, at a discounted rate:
• Access: €15/month excl. VAT per user
• Plus: €12/month excl. VAT per user
• Business: €9/month excl. VAT per user
• Enterprise: €5/month excl. VAT per user

‍3. File storage
Each plan includes a volume of file storage (varying from 1 GB to 25 GB depending on the plan chosen).
Each additional slice of 5 GB is billed €10/month excluding VAT.

‍4. Responses and files processed
The quotas of responses or cases processed included in each package can be extended with additional packs:
• Pack of 500 additional answers: €25/month excluding VAT

‍5. Multi-establishment accounts
An additional €29/month (excl. VAT) is applied for each additional registered business location.
For the Enterprise plan: €9/month excl. VAT per additional entity.

‍6. Tailor-made offers
For structures of  or having  (multi-sites, large volumes, extended storage...), our team can offer a  on estimate.

7. Electronic signatures
The electronic signatures are not included in standard plans and are billed on a pay-per-use basis :
€1.58 excl. VAT per submitted signature.
• Enterprise Plan: based on volume

8. Online Payments
• Business Plan: 0.5% Formulr commission per transaction
• Enterprise Plan:
 • No Formulr transaction fees up to €3M in annual revenue processed through the platform
 • Beyond that: 0.15% Formulr commission on the excess amount only
• PSP fees (Stripe, Payplug, etc.) are billed separately according to their own pricing
