1. General pricing
The rates apply to the company’s main registered location and are expressed excluding taxes.
Each offer includes a number of basic collaborators:
• Access: 1 collaborator included
• Plus: 3 employees included
• Business: 5 employees included
2. Additional collaborators
Beyond the thresholds included in each package, additional employees are invoiced per active seat, at a discounted rate:
• Access: €15/month excluding VAT /collaborator
• Plus: 12 €/month excluding VAT /collaborator
• Business: 9 €/month excluding VAT /collaborator
3. File storage
Each plan includes a volume of file storage (varying from 1 GB to 25 GB depending on the plan chosen).
Each additional slice of 5 GB is billed €10/month excluding VAT.
4. Responses and files processed
The quotas of responses or cases processed included in each package can be extended with additional packs:
• Pack of 500 additional answers: €25/month excluding VAT
5. Multi-establishment accounts
An additional €29/month (excluding VAT) is applied for each additional registered business location.
6. Tailor-made offers
For structures of or having (multi-sites, large volumes, extended storage...), our team can offer a on estimate.
7. Electronic signatures
The electronic signatures are not included in standard plans and are billed on a pay-per-use basis :
€1.58 excl. VAT per completed signature.
8. Online Payments
• No Formulr transaction fees up to €3,000,000 in annual revenue processed through the platform.
• Beyond this threshold: 0.15% Formulr commission per transaction, applied only to the exceeding amount.
• Fees charged by your chosen payment service provider (e.g. Stripe, Payplug) apply separately according to their own pricing.
